Cancellation Policy

This class is so toddlers ages 3-5. Please acknowledge most kids this age have an attention span of 10-15 minutes. It is normal for them to want to participate some days and other days not. Give your toddler grace as they work through this. Remember, we are strangers to them and will not forcefully make them participate. NO SHOWS will be charged the card on file. If no card was saved on file, the no showed session must be paid before re booking. We have a small coach to athlete ratio which allows us to have more focus on the kids. We have session plans with a mixture of games, fun and fundamentals. Please allow us to coach while being supportive from the seating section.
