Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be given if canceled before 2 weeks of the event. 50% refund will be given 14-7 days prior to the event. No refund will be credited the week before event. Your signing of the waiver holds you soley responsible for damages and injuries within your rental hours. You will be allowed 30 minutes prior to the rental time for set up and 30 minutes concluding rental time to clean up. If clean up exceeds allowed time, you may be charged accordingly. All trash must be taking to the parking lot dumpster or you may be charged $10 per full trash bag. NO UNDER AGE DRINKING. You will be assumed responsible for any legal trouble or charges. Zuck's Soccer Academy will hold no responsibility for any under age drinking or unlawfulness of over drinking. If there happens to be neighbor complaints or unruly guests in attendance, your party will instantly be shut down. Zuck's Soccer Academy will not be held responsible for any injuries or hospital visits due to injuries. This waiver holds the booking party responsible for any potential injury if it shall occur. By checking this box you agree to all terms and conditions of this waiver.
